How about another 'Shake Your Tail Feathers' party? This one will follow the Delsarte workshop ending at 4:30. You do not have to attend the workshop to come to the party -- they are separate events. The party will include (the usual) cold and hot beverages, vegetarian foods and desserts, a showcase, open dancing with drumming, and a second-hand Souk (buy and sell your unwanted dance items!).

Dancers of all skill levels and styles are welcome. Family and friends are welcome. People who are 'thinking about' learning to dance are welcome. Wear a costume, or dress in jeans and a t-shirt. Tables and chairs provide a comfortable place to sit, nibble, visit and watch. No one will try to sell you anything; it really is just a party.

Dancers who want to perform at the party should let Ruric know ASAP. We will try to accomodate you.

Dancers with a few second-hand costume items they would like to sell or swap are welcome to place them on their tables or on the Second-hand Souk rack with their names (and the color of their shirt) attached so that folks who are interested in the items can find you at the party.

$3 admission includes the beverages and food. We will continue to have more supper food and fewer cookies this time :)
